I have a drop list in sheet-2 so it is in this format500 usd / 37500 inr. so i want to use VLOOKUP in an other cell so it only represents the value in inr like - 37500 inr . so what should i do

I want to extend this question:
I have a table with Vlookup, which is used to create a Dropdown list depended on another selection of a first dropdown list.
Now if I Change the selection on the first Dropdown list, the table gets changed and the second Dropdown list is altered. However,only the entries/items in the second Dropdown list Change, but not the already choosen entries/items of this list in one cell (e.g. Keeper: ("B2")). How can I update also already choosen items?

Based on this, I have two tables in a sheet. The first table looks has following format - Name Email Position John Left Silver Right James Center Entries in the 3rd column position are selected from a drop down list. The second table is where I want names to populate i.e. it has following format - Left is a blank cell where I want name (John) to appear when I select Left from dropdown in position column. I am using VLOOKUP with following formula - VLOOKUP(cell with value 'left' in second table, range from John to Center, 1, FALSE). I am getting #N/A error. Anyone facing similar problem or has solution to this? Thanks in advance.
