Cách định vị tệp .pst hoặc .ost trong Outlook?

Thông thường, các tệp dữ liệu outlook của .pst hoặc .ost được ẩn sâu trong máy tính của bạn. Không chỉ các tệp dữ liệu Outlook mặc định tự tạo và lưu trong một thư mục lạ, người dùng còn có thể mở tệp .pst hoặc tệp .ost từ các thư mục đặc biệt trong Outlook. Mẹo đơn giản nhất để định vị tệp .pst hoặc tệp .ost là nhấp chuột phải vào Ngăn dẫn hướng.

Bước 1: Chuyển sang chế độ xem Thư bằng cách nhấp vào email trong Ngăn Dẫn hướng.

Bước 2: Nhấp chuột phải vào thư mục gốc của tài khoản email, sau đó nhấp vào Mở vị trí file trong menu chuột phải.

Trong Outlook 2007, vui lòng nhấp vào Mở tệp dữ liệu Outlook trong menu chuột phải thay thế.

Sau đó, thư mục chứa tệp .pst hoặc .ost của tài khoản email được chỉ định sẽ được mở ngay lập tức.

Thủ thuật này sẽ hướng dẫn bạn định vị tệp .pst hoặc tệp .ost của tài khoản email từ trung tâm cài đặt tài khoản.

Bước 1: Mở hộp thoại Cài đặt tài khoản:

  • Trong Outlook 2010 và 2013, vui lòng nhấp vào Tập tin > Thông tin > Cài đặt tài khoản > Cài đặt tài khoản.
  • Trong Outlook 2007, vui lòng nhấp vào CÔNG CỤ > Cài đặt tài khoản.

Bước 2: Trong hộp thoại Cài đặt tài khoản, chọn và đánh dấu tên tệp dữ liệu trên Tập tin dữ liệu tab.

Bước 3: Nhấp vào Mở vị trí file nút (hoặc Mở thư mục trong Outlook 2007).

Sau đó, nó sẽ mở ngay thư mục có chứa tệp dữ liệu triển vọng được chỉ định, với việc đánh dấu tệp .pst hoặc tệp .ost trong thư mục.

No. Same explanation found in 100 searched other places. Useless or redundant information for 90% of people that are searching something on this thread. This is an amateur, approach on the issue. I need a professional answer. If I have a functional Outlook , why should I bother to find some ost, pst, or whatever Outlook gore? The Outlook doesn't work. Inaccessible in normal way. Cannot run . On dead hard drive. I need to find that ost. I don't even know what version of Office is installed.This is the scenario. Don't you come with :"please click the File > Info > Account Settin..." crap. There is no such reality. Be professional, dammit! Give me an answer for that!

Export mailbox as a PST file
Login to Outlook with the Exchange account that was used to create the OST files. And to export the OST mailboxes to PST, follow the simple procedure:

Go to Files >Open & Export and click Import & Export.
Select Export to a file; then click Next.
Select the second option—Outlook Data File (.pst)—and click Next.
Select the folder which you want to export and click Next.
Browse the location where you want to save the new PST file and choose the options regarding the duplicate items.
